1. Vue 6 Infinite: for creating landscapes and producing 3d images.
2. Poser 7: to create characters that I use in Vue.
3. Paint Shop Pro 7: for post work and texture making.
4. Expression 3: for creating vector art, post processing and texture making.
5. Serif Page Plus 11: for layout and producing PDFs.
6. Deep Paint 3d: to make textures for 3d objects.
7. UV Mapper: for preparing 3d objects for texturing.
8. Premier Elements: to edit and composite animations.
9. Cinema 4D 6: for making 3d models.
10. Hexagon 2: For making 3d models.
11. Xfrog 3.5: for producing plant models, fractal objects and strange sculptures.
12. Audacity: to work with the audio for animations.
13. Pencil and Paper: for quick sketches and composition.

I like to see what others use. I'm really basic with Adobe Photoshop 5. Love it and have with it.. don;t know enough about the others and too timid to try.

PJ & Mama Duck: I've used Photoshop and while I can use it I've never really gotten on with it as much as I get on with PSP. When I bought PSP it was a lot cheaper than Photoshop as well which probably helped. Thats why I use Expression rather than Illustrator too and Serif Page Plus rather than Acrobat Writer. I did just get Photoshop Elements but I've not really had time to get into it.

JennyMcB: I wanted to be an architect which would have ment being a good artist. I never quite managed to get the results I wanted with traditional media. I always ended up with too many smudges on my work that spoilt the final results. With computers my finger prints only end up on the work if I put them there myself.

Susan: I'm not a serious artist just my way of getting over work at the end of the day. I have done a small number of pieces that have been used for magazines and fliers but I'm far too slow to make my living making art :-)

Interesting idea for a TT. I've only heard of Audacity, Paint Shop Pro and the last item. I check the others out. I mainly stick to the basics: Illustrator, Photoshop, Fireworks, Flash, etc.
