It’s easy to complain about bad service (Orange and Dell have both come in for a bit of that here) so I thought I ought to say thank you to the staff of Next who made the purchase of two new sofas a painless process. The shop staff were helpful and answered all my questions, including some which were probably stupid; they were not all bothered by me wandering round and trying sofas for probably an hour without bothering me; and they coped with an issue with the purchase without making it into a crisis. The customer care staff who called to organise delivery were flexible, easy to understand and asked intelligent questions. The delivery staff were efficient and made the sofas look like they were a lot lighter than I now know they are. Finally the sofas which are comfortable and really look good.
