So that was what it was called

I’ve been trying for weeks to remember the name of a BBC drama from the 80s. I’d remembered the theme was Stravinsky’s The Firebird but that didn’t help track it down. Google is great for many things but when you’re looking for the wrong title it’s no help at all. Thanks to the New Scientist write of Sunshine I’ve just remembered. So now I know it was Codename Icarus. Unfortunately its only been released on DVD in the US. Or maybe that’s a good thing – I’d hate to watch it and find it wasn’t really any good.
